Nice stay
Beautiful lobby and common areas with a rooftop restaurant commanding 365 degree stellar views. The queen 1 bedroom suite was very clean, comfortable and very quiet, though the decor is a bit dated. We stayed in 3 hotels in the area and this one was the only one without street noise. Staff were all very nice and the on site parking was a very easy in and out. The hotel offers complimentary car service for guests on demand though we didn’t use the service.

Awesome 2 night hotel stay
Second time staying here and had another pleasant stay with our two sons. It was nice having a suite with two queen sized beds as we’ve experienced stays at other establishments where the second bed in the suite was a sofa bed. It was nice having a seating area with sofa & armchair to watch TV as well as a table and chairs and a coffee bar area with microwave, fridge and sink to enjoy our self made breakfast. Enjoyed the Nespresso for a quick morning coffee. This was our first visit to Victoria where we didn’t bring our car. Conveniently located and very walkable to the Inner Harbour & Parliament, Royal BC Museum, Government Street and Chinatown was only a 15 minute walk away. Hotel super close to public transit on Douglas Street. Will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves in Victoria.

Great, centrally located hotel in Victoria!
We loved this locally owned hotel! Everything is perfectly updated in the room for modern conveniences- Nespresso machine, lighted vanity, USB phone chargers on each side of the bed. They thought of everything! The room and common areas were very clean. They have a nice pool and hot tub. The bar has tasty cocktails and appetizers with a great view! We didn’t want to go home and we’ll be back.

It was very good. My only complaint was the bed pillows; they were too thick. You should have alternative, thinner pillows. My spine is sensitive and the thick ones made me very stiff and I ended up getting a muscle spasm in my back.

Three night stay with family.
The 1 bedroom suite and a second 2 bedroom suite were perfect for our families. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Good sized bedrooms, baths, closets, and living area. Very helpful staff. Hotel van dropped us all off at hockey game.
