Paid for room online. Got to hotel, they asked for a credit card for deposit. Would not accept our Visa debit. They say no cash or debit, but nothing about no visa debit on site. Had to contact Hotels.com to cancel room we had booked and paid for well in advance and were left stranded. Finally found another hotel last minute for a lot more and had no problem using any other payment option. The receptionist was quite rude about it and caused my wife to breakdown. Enraged and upset. Will never stay at their hotel ever again and will tell everyone we know about this
