Overall good, but no eggs at breakfast.
Overall was good. Just two things. The first one and very important for me. There was no eggs at breakfast. And, the other thing was not enough towels in the bathroom. We were 4 and only one towel available.

Bien situer, mais service médiocre
Hotel bien situer, propre, lit confortable.Pas de frigo dans la chambre (mais je me suis ammener un petit cooler). Déjeuner inclue, mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Bagel, beige et petite tartelettes... J'avais une chambre communiquante... et pendant la nuit la sonnerie du reveil matin de la chambre a coté est partie (avec le volume au maximum.). On a appeller a la reception et on nous a répondu qu'on s'occupait de cela... Apres 30 min j,ai decider de rappeller (2x) et on a pas répondu au téléphone. Finalement apres 1h de ce ''bip bip'' ca s'est arreter tout seul. La porte de la chambre d'a coté était entrouverte, et le lendemain matin elle était toujours pas fermer au complet. Donc il ne sont jamais venue regler le problème!! Et en plus il ne répondait plus au téléphone!! (Me semble il sont capable de voir que les occupant sont partie et juste venir fermer/débrancher l'alarme!!). Disons qu'en pleine nuit attendre bip bip bip pendant 1 heures de temps c'est un peu agressant!! Sourtout que j'avais l'impression que le cadran etait dans ma chambre tellement que ce n'était pas insonorisé. Bref petit hotel pour dépanner et pas trop loin des attractions.

Great location but thats where it ends!!!
The perk is its close to Clifton Hills and The Falls. Thats about the only perk! Allows you to rest your head for tge night. Super outdated room like staying in a 80s room that still needed major renos. Front desk werent friendly and never gave clear instructions on parking as there was no availability to patk at the hotel. Parking a few blocks away is fun while dragging luggage and especially having to pay extra for it.

Our room was nice and clean, quite spacious, however the walls are quite thin and we were woken at 6am by a small child next door. Unfortunately that was not the only noise complaint, the doors to other rooms, when closing make a rather loud bang. I’m not super sensitive to noises but it would be a much more pleasant experience if the doors either closed slower or somehow made quieter. The breakfast was quite nice, but the room was very busy due to its size.

Rooms are pretty spacious, they have parking for $12 CAD per day which is not bad and overall a great hotel. They do have their own version of a continental breakfast which is more of grab and go type of food. Overall its a pretty good hotel!!
