Beautiful Property with friendly staff
Banff Caribou Lodge is a beautiful property where I felt at home and cared for. The room was very nice and the public spaces were available and nice for reading and relaxing. There was a nice fireplace and area to sit in front of the fireplace. Parking is underneath the building and convenient.

Very comfortable and warm Lodge for our winter stay in Banff. Nice and spacious room and the lobby felt very welcoming with the fireplace. Beds slept well and we loved the hot tub at the end of a cold winter day outside. Very Good value for money and would definitely return when we’re in Banff

First time taking the family to the mountains. It was amazing weather and views. Hotel is right on the strip which made it easy to find dinner and shopping. Hotel is a little outdated but had all the comforts we needed. Slight issue getting into the hot pool area but this didn’t affect our overall stay. Loved the Rocky Mountain Soap products!

Nice impromptu stay!
Our destination was in BC but the roads were bad the further we got so we made a stop here for the night. Everything was as it should be, nice hotel. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Keg downstairs and a relaxing swim in the hot tub.

Check in and check out as good. The same lady was there and great service. When time to go to bed we pulled back the sheets and there was body hair in them. The lady at the front desk had them changed and personally came to give us breakfast vouchers for buffet. She was kind. The next morning we had brunch and a make server licked ketchup off his finger twice and wiped hand on stack of clean napkins and proceeded to serve the plates to the customers. I was shocked
