From the very moment we arrived, it was clear, the customer service at all venues was amazing. From check-in to the bar staff, all were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Check in excellent. We were able to have room as soon as we arrived. Room perfect. Sockets by vanity mirror. Hooks in bathroom for used towels etc. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever. The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards.

Lovely stay
Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Room was adequately sized and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service was always with smiles. Location was great! Lots of restaurants and cafes just a few steps away from the hotel. And a very short stroll into Petaling street. Will definitely stay here again if I visit KL. Thanks!
