The staff were nice and helpful. Its has convenient location, close to both airport and central station. But the matres was uncomfortable and our room was next to storeroom including the towels and the cleaning staff made too much noise in the early morning. We could hear all the noises from corridor and the trains as well.

The property was close to everything. The staff did not make the bed and empty the rubbish on a daily basis. I had spent time at the hospital and returned to see the bed unmade and room not cleaned. The staff only emptied the bin, the bed was made twice in 7 days i had stayed. A different place from when I stayed years ago.

When I arrived I was greeted by a super friendly reception center! They were super accommodating and welcoming. It is a about a 10 minutes from the Redfern train station, be mindful there is a steep hill from the station but otherwise not far walk! Other thing to note because it is by the train station you can hear the trains sometimes but its very faint so if you are a light sleeper be aware otherwise great for price!

It was a short walk from Redfern station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I found the room really small and stifling. There was no space for me to open my luggage completely on the floor. The traffic outside was also quite loud day and night. I stayed for only one day which made everything bearable.
