I’m afraid the toiletries and amenities were far inferior to many other hotels in the area. For such a high price per night, you should provide much much higher quality.
If you claim to be a luxury hotel, that is what you should provide. Luxury.
What I got was a tiny room, that was not soundproofed in any way, toilet paper like sandpaper, limited television channels (many required personal accounts to access), no freezer, cooker, or washing machine, and cheap toiletries.
Your atrium is lovely, but it does not justify the price per night.
