The hotel was nicely situated in a beautiful bay. The restaurant was nice and picturesque. The rooms were good but you can tell it's an older building, the pool was nice.

The pictures and social media videos of the place are nicer than the actual hotel. The hotel was repainted and renovated but it looks like a old motel 6 with lipstick. I was not impressed with the hotel.

Disappointed, parking was not $20 as advertised it was $25, for uk visitors it is difficult to pay using QR codes and does not recognise uk numbers, had to use hotel no so didnt get reminder to update parking.AC was hit and miss could do with some instructions on how to use! No coffee maker in room just a machine in reception which was $2.50 for an 8oz cup. Wifi was poor.

The room didn’t have a microwave and the floors in the rooms don’t get mopped cause my feet kept getting dirty when I walked around in my room barefoot, also once u arrive to check in… u have to pay $25 a day for parking after paying for ur stay! And then resort fee! And a deposit fee! No breakfast included and no microwave for all that money is ridiculous! Not worth none of that!

Might stay was horrible. The rooms were so outdated construction going on during the day saws hammers drills. It was horrible. They need to shut down that section and remodel and get the entire building. It’s sad that they can charge what they charge for a room. The pictures look nice. The view was nice. They had us put $150 deposit on the room and they only refunded $40 of the deposit. The irony here is we only used the room to shower and have a place for our things for the day and then we got on an airplane. We did not even sleep in the room, so there is no reason for them to have kept $110. I am very upset. I would like my $110 refunded. The room was very cute. Everything was clean, except the floors, even fresh out of the shower me and my two daughters had black feet.

Tried to call on the way nobody ever answers the phone. Bathtub faucet sucks water stinks or pipes , slider barely closes. Room overlooking parking lot even though hotels.com pic shows otherwise. Some guy knocked on door with a bucket of ice “did you ask for ice”. Front desk say they don’t offer this service and are checking cameras. Night stand corner smelled like cat piss. Ended up changing rooms. Didn’t get a balcony but got a larger room in another building that was better. The balcony building was sketch. It was just okay

Sorry to be negative, but we are very disappointed and frustrated that we can’t check into our room at the actual check in time. Here is my Yelp review so far: Not impressed so far. Arrived earlier than check in time and we understood that the room wouldn't be ready. We were told that they would let the cleaning staff know and get in asap. We heard nothing from them...show up at 4:10 pm (10 minutes after official check in time) only to be told our room is STILL NOT READY. Again...not impressed. Still waiting at 4:20 pm. Note: not upset that it wasn't ready early...but if you have a 4:00 check in time, stick to it!! They gave us another room. We get here and the key doesn’t work. This is after a struggle with the elevator. Finally got in and it’s just okay. Needs updates- phone didn’t work, balcony door didn’t work, and it looks/feels a bit old. Toning down the amount of scented air freshener in the lobby would be nice. It was very potent! A hotel rep responded to another review I wrote and was very nice and attentive.
