The hotel itself was awesome, staff is so friendly and helpful, huge shoutout to Jackie who patiently took all my calls. The only issue we really had was with the shuttle van. While the hotel is but a less than 10 minute walk downhill, it is very steep and difficult to walk back up. The hotel has multiple vans but a single driver which means we were often waiting up to 20 minutes for a shuttle. And a few times even had to wait for a second one since the first filled up quickly (really only enough space for 6)
