6/10 Good

Specious, comfy, convenient - but a few problems
This is a bit of a mixed bag. Would I stay here again? Maybe.
The location is very convenient. It's easy to get into with the codes they send. The area feels fairly safe (it's New Orleans and everything is relative...)
The rooms are *huge*. I have friends who live in smaller apartments than this. We had a 2 bedroom place and it was very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and cloakroom. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and the lounge room comfy.
A bit of maintenance is needed. One bedroom had a door that wouldn't close (the door was about 0.3" too wide to fit into the doorframe, somehow). Several lights didn't work, including in the bathroom.
The rooms are not quiet. One bedroom faces out onto the street, and you could hear pretty much everything going on down there. (Especially the one night when the city was doing roadworks until early morning). There are no curtains, just roller blinds which let some light in at night time too. The other bedroom has a lovely exposed timber ceiling which looks great until you realise you're looking at the floor the people above you are walking around on. I could hear their conversations and bodily functions which was distracting when I was trying to sleep.
Should you stay here? If you need two bedrooms, you could certainly do worse than this place. Are you a light sleeper who needs whisper quiet silence at night time? Definitely not. Can you put up with some noise? Then sure.
All up, mixed bag but OK.
