Excillent service friendly stuff, booked a room for 3 with child and staff upgrade us to two beds with own bath room and shower, swimming pool were nice and hot good. It was okay, I was visiting family and book a last minute stay in Rotorua. The rooms were mid and the access is confusing. You gotta download an app to get your key which is annoying cause you’ll just delete when done. It’s like a college dorm hallway set up which a common kitchen. Won’t stay again but I see what they’re going for it works but if you want a hotel hotel this ain’t it.

There were old dead flies in the room, which obviously hadnt been cleaned up properly. The room we were in was next to the pub and it was loud for my kids. I wouldnt recommend staying here on a saturday as its very loud from the Rotorua night life. The lady who greeted us was very kind and helpful.

Just got back from my trip. I had the best time. Service from staff and communication was amazing. The weather wasn’t so great on the weekend but it was good we were able to watch movies on chromecast. The amenities at the properties were excellent. I’m definitely staying here again and highly recommend.
