Lovely apartment in great location
Really lovely modern apartment with gorgeous views of Tower Bridge. Water bottle and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. As other reviews have mentioned, the train underneath the building is loud and light sleepers might struggle.

Lovely Apartment BUT
We stayed in Apartment 7 on the First Floor. It was a lovely apartment and very spacious. However, just a few things which meant it only got three stars. You are on the underground route to Tower Hill - it sounds like an earthquake every 5 minutes. It is very noisy. Also there are steps everywhere in this Apartment, step down into the bedroom, step up to the bathroom, step down into the kitchen/living room. If you are unsteady on your feet, this could be a problem. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room were very clean! The size of our room for our family of 4 was perfect! We were within walking distance of Tower Bridge, Tower London and The Borough Market. The walk to the other main sites was reasonable as well. Our flight arrived 8 hours before checkin but the staff made accommodations for us to check in 3 hours earlier.

The location is great, right across the street from the Tower of London. Plenty of good walking areas around the hotel. It was a bit noisy due to construction nearby, but nothing the hotel can do about that. My only recommendation is to have a few door stops handy because our suite had a large number of doors that always closed.

Overall a good stay, friendly staff. Nice room, good size for London. Bathroom very small though. Couple of cleanliness issues. Carpet dirty in hallway looks like makeup. Bathroom door had something streaked up it and a few hairs stuck to the tiles. Little kitchen area clean and bedroom seemed ok but quilt cover was ripped. The bed was very uncomfortable, way too hard for us. Hotel was well situated for what we wanted to do. Ideal for visiting Tower of London and pier nearby to pick up boat. We did not have breakfast here. I did feel for the price we paid it was fine.

Though the location of the place is walkable to some iconic places, the place itself is very inconvenient for travelers with family and multiple luggages. The entry way of the place is right next to the street, no place for taxis/ uber to drop us near the reception area. The rooms is hot no aircon there are ceiling fans and cooler but not enough to beat the heat.
