Su ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra de 5th avenida. Desde luego si lo que buscas es un lugar silencioso, aquí no es. Ya que por su cercanía con la avenida 5 es normal que habrá música y ambiente. De reciente modelación tras administraciones anteriores al 2023, le han dado un toque más confortable y con instalaciones reparadas.

A very quiet clean property. I would stay here again in an instant. Met the owner and later saw him elswhere in Playa del Carmen and he took the time to say hello. The staff at the hotel were so kind and always asked if everything was good. I read reviews saying the property was noisy at night because of nearby bars, so i brought earplugs but never once used them. The muffled sound did nothing to prevent me from sleeping. The pool is small, but i never used. Always went out. Good little shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Right off 5th ave where all the action is. Bus stop is 10 minute walk. Water pressure could be low at times. Great little hotel for the small price. 👌

Bon pour un court séjour dans l’action
Idéal pour des voyageurs qui veulent être prêt de l’action. Le confort est correct. L’hôtel est situé près de la cinquième avenue . Nous nous entendons beaucoup le bruit la nuit de la chambre. Je n’ai pas réussi à avoir de l’eau chaude . Les photos ne reflètent pas complètement la réalité d’aujourd’hui . C’est un peu plus vieux que sur les photos.

Mr. Miguel was an execellwnt hosts. He was very attentive and was always there for any questions or request we needed. Morning staff was nice too. I forgot her name (lol) but she was kind too. Just a few details in the water pressure whne I wanted to shower. And some noise because of 5th ave. But thats all. I wanted to extend my stay, but price was a bit higher for my budget. Over all, a nice experince

Worth the money
The front desk stuff were amazing so polite and lovely. 10 out of 10 for them Only downside is its too loud i mean like loud music till 1 am because of location. So if you have problem sleeping this place is not for you. Also the shower you have to wait 20 min or longer for hot water to start coming.

Good place to stay but it’s next door to a restaurant that blasts loud club music until 2 am. If you stay here and want to sleep, bring ear plugs. The upside is you are very close to calle 5 with all the tourist shops and restaurants.

El recibimiento fue muy amable, los anfitriones te ayudan si necesitas algo y no dudan en guiarte. Volveré sin duda! Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta ya que a los alrededores hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y shopping.
