The hotel is new, but the service provided by the staff was poor. Check-in is done through an app that provides a digital room key; you are supposed to scan a QR code with the app to open your door. Unfortunately, the app frequently crashes, stops working, and logs you out almost every day. Only after asking we received a physical key card from reception as a backup when the app failed. We had to insist multiple times to receive basic amenities such as shampoo, soap, and clean towels, as our requests were repeatedly ignored. Room cleaning is not included, and if you want your room cleaned, you must pay an additional fee per cleaning. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, specially from upstairs. Since the hotel is kid- and pet-friendly, this made the stay especially disturbing. The hotel is very large, but signage is poor, making it difficult to find rooms or even get back to reception. The staff appeared untrained and unhelpful; different employees gave different answers to the same questions, and no one provided real solutions until the manager came in days after.
