The room was clean and supplies were plentiful. Just be careful with those doors of the bathroom. You might accidentally lock both of them if you forgot to unlock the bedroom side after use. Tea towels were smelly and some bath towels were aged. We had a relatively good stay otherwise. Check in and out were easy.

This was a great location and the property was very nice. The one thing we didn't like was having only one towel each for a 4-5 day stay. I did call and receive another towel in a timely manner but have two towels a piece in the room ahead of time, would have been nice. The response though was excellent. Location is great for being in Waikiki. Parking is included and makes it easier to get things up to the apartment. Apartment is clean and has newer furniture compared to other apartments in this building. There’s currently problems with the electric plugs to the bathroom area. Soap and shower gels are provided, although the bottles weren’t filled up that much and we ran out. (There’s additional charges for topping up supplies.) There are two A/C units in the apartment, which is really nice when it gets hot.
