This has to be one of the nicest (if not the nicest) serviced apartment hotels I've ever been in. The apartment is huge with amazingly comfortable beds. The living rooms also has a nice balcony that look over the garden, really enjoyable to have your coffee there in the morning. The hotel is also located in a very nice area, close to Knightsbridge, with restaurants, shopping, and museums all within walking distance.
As much as I loved the apartment and the neighborhood, I am not giving this place 5 stars. Check-in for this apartment is at 3:00pm, however our flight was to arrive at 11am so I contacted the hotel asking them if it would be possible to check-in early. They said it wont be possible, so I said fair enough, we'll be there at three. Unfortunately when we went to check-in at 3pm, our room wasn't ready. They kept us waiting in he lobby for an hour, and then told us that it seems like it will take longer. After cleaning the apartment they realized that there was a leak in the kitchen. So they told us we either wait more or check-in into the apartment while someone worked on fixing it. So we checked in and had the plumber work in there for 2hrs while we were in there.
Keep in mind we just had a 7hr flight with a 2yr old kid who was restless and in need of being cleaned up. It was very upsetting. But you know those things happen, however, I atleast expected a manager to come by and apologize for this inconvenience. I only wish the hotel management were more considerate
