It was OK, but that’s it, OK. Nothing especially bad, nothing especially good. Reception was always busy so took for ages to get seen to. We had to collect POOL TOWELS from reception despite they had a pool hut. I guess they’re cost cutting. The wifi didn’t work for my entire stay but my wif had no problem.

Ocean property.
Arrived late to check in. Quick + efficient. Hotel arranged pickup @ the airport with sign. Rooms are nice and spacious. Great view of the. Ocean + distant mountains. Some aspects of the property could use a renovation. But overall a great stay. Pool is very nice with great views of the ocean.

Stay away from this hotel
Stay away. So many terrible things about this hotel: 1. Elevator to room does not work. The hotel staff knows about the issue and either don’t care or are too cheap to actually properly fix it, there is no other option except walking the stairs, which is not ideal if you are staying on the 5th floor 2. My husband sat down at a chair at the bar and it promptly broke and he fell through the seat are. Thank god he didn’t get hurt. There was a real possibility that he could have gotten very scraped up by the broken pieces. Our waitress saw it happen & literally ran away. Never asking if he was hurt. The manager came over and asked if he was ok, and took the chair away. Her concern was non existent. 3 The food in the bar and restaurant is behind awful. The breakfast buffet is just ok. So many better place to eat in Papeete 4. The front desk reception area smells of mildew. Please clean better is miserable smelling it while talking to the staff. It’s the first impression you have with the hotel and the stench is not a good first impression. 5. The room decorations are very 1995 and so tacky. The only positive is the washing machine in the room. 6. There is a 1 inch gap in the sliding door of our room so it doesn’t close properly. It makes the sound from the waves incredibly loud - almost too much to fall asleep to
