A friend and I chose to stay at this bed and breakfast as a last minute decision and we are so glad we did! The room we had was really spacious and well set up with everything you would need - even a sofa, which we turned round in the evenings to face the windows, as the room has the most amazing views over Venice and the sunsets were stunning!
The room was traditionally, but tastefully decorated and the shared bathroom was clean, although in need of re-grouting, but that's the only negative thing I can think of.
The breakfast was lovely - typical continental style with meats, cheeses, bread, pastries,, jam/ honey, fruit and yoghurt. The lady serving us was very helpful and couldn't have been more hospitable. Her English was limited, but as we tried to speak Italian during the holiday anyway, it was a good opportunity to do so!
Check-in and check out at sister hotel "A tribute to music residenzia" went smoothly and the hotel receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. He informed us about events taking place that week in Venice and trips we could go on. Also made recommendations for places to eat and very good they were too! I was actually very ill on the last day of our trip and they couldn't have been more understanding and helpful; even giving us use of one of their rooms at their sister hotel to rest for a few hours after our official check- out time, which was really good.
All- in- all, couldn't recommend this place more highly - thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
