The Reserve at Park MGM is a lovely hotel in a great location. The desk staff were really helpful and supportive as were those called from the room. My only issue is the check-in process was stressful & significantly delayed and only resolved by having to persitently ask for an update, which seemed to be the case for a few people. It's not acceptable delaying check in to the degree evident on pur arrival (1hr +) - if it's not possible to keep room prep to time then do not allow late checkouts. Our first evening was disrupted owing to the delay. The desk staff were helpful and we did receive some credit for the delay which was appreciated.

Spent a wonderful weekend at the Reserve. My room on the 29th floor was a welcome respite from the chaos of Las Vegas. well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. I enjoyed spending time in the Library bar a couple of nights where my travel partner and I could actually have a conversation and a great drink.

Loved the feel as soon as we walked into reception. It was moody, elegant and quiet. So nice to return after being outside or in the other hotel lobby’s. We had a lovely room upgrade.
