"The rooms were spotless, containing a bath with jets and overhead shower. Great water pressure. Located 10 mins from the town in a nice quiet location. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful and gave us tips where to eat. The gentleman at breakfast was very polite and friendly. The hotel also has a 24 hr laundry with a honesty box available but we didn’t use it. "
"We loved this motel. Parking was right outside the door, so couldn’t have been easier. The location is perfect as you can walk to anything you need in Franz Josef in minutes. Staff were both cheerful and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. I needed a little assistance in the laundry room, but it wasn’t a problem as the staff were on hand and helped me out. "
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. From the moment when I asked if the milk she was offering for the tea in our room was UHT and she said we don’t do that here, I knew I was in good hands. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We could just glimpse the waves from our beach front accommodation. We had a lovely walk on the beach. I took a few pics of the llamas. We got excellent advice regarding the glow worm dell and if it hadn’t been raining and blowing a gale, I’m sure we would have seen them (ie we didn’t go!). "
