"We stayed in four hotels during our trip to Iceland and this by far was the best! We had a two bedroom, two bathroom house with a hot tub. The house was very new and we had a ton of space. The kitchen was great and both bathrooms were large. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback to this property is the location. There is a restaurant and mini-mart about 10 minutes away, but Selfoss is about a 20 minute drive. "

"This was a super cool place to stay... There is nothing like it around. Three sides of the building are 1-sided mirrors, so we had a 180 degree view from inside, but no one could see in. The 2-person hot tub was an added bonus. Very clean and located a little ways off the golden circle road. I would highly recommend for a very unique experience. "

"It was so said that this was arguably the worst part of our entire Iceland trip. I was so looking forward to the experience, but after spending one night the finically cost of $500 was just not worth it at all. On the positive side the bubbles and common area were very simple and Clean. Also the only staff member we interacted with was very nice and her dog was super friendly. "This beautiful cottage was an excellent place to stay for our family. We slept well, it was quiet and having a full kitchen was perfect for our dinner and breakfast. It was a bit confusing with finding a code to open the door in our reservation materials. Thankfully the key box was not locked (so we didn’t need the code) to obtain the house key. "

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."
