"The airport shuttle was awesome. I called the hotel from baggage claim and the shuttle arrived within just a couple of minutes. I needed to use the shuttle several times to go back-and-forth to the airport to retrieve a rental car and the service was perfect each time. I never had to wait more than just a couple of minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The hotel staff was top-notch, from the front desk to housekeeping to the maintenance crew. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was excellent as well. Omar was very helpful and friendly and attentive. This is my first trip to Portland and I needed to stay near the airport and would definitely recommend this establishment for future travel. "
"Our only complaint is the Final Destination Shower set up. The floor is at an angle and there is no grip to the floor, and it was a half door not allowing the shower area to actually warm up. 0 water pressure. The design is neat, and flows with the rest of the room, but the bathroom also did not match the room photos that we booked online, but we arrived so late that we just wanted to get checked in. Overall, not efficient and somewhat dangerous shower. Other than that, everything was stellar. The restaurant was excellent, props to the chef! The Wild Bean was great, but it seemed like a lot of the staff was waiting for their order as there was only one person at the counter working it. Staff was great and helpful. The room and view were lovely, and we plan on making this our spot to stay providing there is a bathroom alternative, similar to the one we actually booked online."
