"Staff was very courteous and helpful. They need improvement on their walkway not suitcase friendly and not suitable when on a 4 week trip with lots of luggage to bring on. We only stayed at cliffs for 5 days of our 4 week trip but getting luggage to and from was exhausting they also do not have luggage carriers. Besides that z they did give us a wine and a signed card for our anniversary. I appreciate the staff here very much. "
