"Everything was excellent, from the check in, room cleanliness to the buffet breakfast, pool and spa.
If they wanted to improve anything, would be to help with luggage. I got my own trolly and had 2 large and 2 small, piled them on my own onto the trolly and in check out also no one offered to help as they have done at other hotels.

They also have a great restaurant in the hotel which was very convenient since there’s not much food around the airport. The staff were very nice and friendly. "

I am learning Spanish and the staff at the Doubletree, many of whom are bilingual, were patient and helpful, always positive in attitude. I arrived early and they were able to get me into my room sooner than expected. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable, zero complaints. The complementary filtered water system in the room was a welcome amenity. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, and the view of Santiago from the 17th floor is amazing."
