"The property is beautiful, the hotel is very luxurious and the rooms as very spacious, we were a party of four. I thought the checking in was a bit cold, as if just another guest. The hotel had many dining options, but the prices were high, especially with the breakfast buffet. The food was great, the coffee shop near the aquarium was great. It is a very beautiful property. "Lovely impressive hotel, although tired in places. Excellent service throughout the entire stay. Room serviced daily with fresh water and a little treat, chocolate or mini Elemis product each evening at turndown. Nice restaurants and food was excellent. "Amazing hotel. Wonderful service. Immensely clean and well presented - as new despite it being there for 6 years now. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. Very accommodating. The quality of food was exceptional.
