Lake Tahoe Hotel Elevation Review
The room seemed to be in the middle of maintenance work due to the fact of the walls having patch marks everywhere. The carpets were stained in multiple areas, catchup stain on char, light fixture lamp cover cracked, bathroom sink hot water did not work, window separated from frame and sleeping area causing a draft in the evening. Please see photos below. It was a very unpleasant evening overall from my family due to the condition of the room, I tried to reach out to the hotel management for refund but have not received any response.

Needs a remodel
We rented 2 rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful and was able to give us joining rooms. The rooms were in various stages of disarray. It appeared they started to repair holes and cracks in the walls and ceiling. The mattresses were old and worn. They were very uncomfortable. One of the bed frames was broken and one corner was on the ground. The bathrooms were not terrible but were in need of an upgrade. One of the bathroom fans made a loud clunking noise and both bathrooms weren't cleaned very well. The location was great and getting in and out was easy. This could be a great place to stay with some work.

The hotel its self was ok, not very clean, a/c had mold in it, no included breakfast. Room service was good however and front desk is very helpful.

Cockroaches
It was less then $300 for 4 nights stay which was much cheaper than anywhere else on holidays but the place was not for long stays or holidays. Although the room looked clean I wiped with Clorox wipes the floor which was dirty, cleaned the bathroom and everything we would touch. Everything was super dirty n sandy judging by how dirty the wipes were. On day 2 we started seeing cockroaches. So I had to shake everything I didn’t need in the room packed n put away in the car. Was inconvenient but I didn’t want to bring roaches home. The service was ok. The young Indian fellas were trying to be nice gave us towels toilet paper when asked n let us check out at 1 pm. The place would be ok for people just spend the night n go. The owners need to get rid of roaches! I wouldn’t recommend this place for extended period of time n for families.

I wouldn't write it anymore than a one-star hotel the room that they put me in looked like it was under construction walls with patches everywhere putty patches not painted cracks in the floor cracks in the walls flooring not finished walls not done everything leaked toilet faucet shower you could hear it running all night sure they're using cameras in there because the fire alarm on the wall was strapped to the wall screwed down so people wouldn't take it down and look terrible place to go

Not a hotel, not elevated :/
Not a hotel, not elevated, unless you count being on the 2nd floor. The place needs a lot of TLC, like screens on the window, locks in the windows. The bathroom is tiny, the room is fine. It actually had a full closet. Luckily the ac unit drowned out some of the street noises. The location was great- and pretty clean. Points off for the holes in the plaster in the bathroom. It did have a microwave and fridge and TV. Great place if you just need a place to lay your head.
