New hotel, great value
Great value! No resort fee, no parking fee. However, not for those who like to stay in a casino hotel. A block of the strip, which we don't mind. Hotel is new and offers good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay here again!

Got free upgrade to a suite at check in. Free parking but you have to take elevator to 2nd floor to walk across to building with rooms. Kinda odd but no big deal if you travel lightly. One thing to keep in mind is that this hotel has no casino area.

Had a great stay at the Ahern. I arrived pretty late. Parked the car in their garage at no charge. When I checked in, the attendant informed me that they had upgraded me to a junior suite. Very nice. Breakfast was also included. Not just a continental breakfast, but a made to order breakfast. Eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. Pleasant staff, clean abd comfortable accommodations.

Okay
Better than most casinos, not the quality I am used to. For the price, it was good. The front desk sent me to the wrong place for breakfast, but the gentlemen who helped me find the right place was awesome!

Special Treatment
My husband (now) and I went to Vegas to get married on a whim. It was like someone made a phone call to the hotel. The concierge met us at the elevator and escorted us to the front desk where we learned we were upgraded to a junior suite. Several staff members were so friendly and helpful and offered many free drinks. Everyone at the Ahern was kind and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and well cared for. We have no complaints about the Ahern and would definitely stay there again!

The Worthy Gem Just Off the Strip.
This is a great little hotel just off the strip. It's at the far end but the newest big splashy high dollar hotels are eeking there way down there now, they are walkable to. That can be an advantage when the strip gets insane with traffic. if you want go to the Sphere or somwhere else, you have access frmulti ways to go around to get to you destination The staff is great. The rooms are not at top trendy design levels but they clean and quiet. And the Beds,THE BEDS are super comfortable. Just as important the food on the premises is really great quality. The potatoes for breakfast, are the best you'll ever eat. Also don't leave without trying the pizzas, they are truly tasty and much better in flavor than places like Dominoes. Finally, the prices are much more budget friendly than the flavorless and over priced places down the strip. To look at this place you wouldn't think much, It's a little quirky, but when you realize the value you're getting, you'll appreciate it all. Go do the wild and crazy down the strip and come back to the quiet and zen to recalibrate.

Good for the price I paid
The elevators were dirty which made me nervous that the rooms would not be clean. The two double bed room was pretty clean the cabinets had some wear. I don't think the fridge worked correctly and smelled so bad of chemicals I didn't dare put food in it. The beds were pretty comfortable, the pillows were medium height but not very soft. They had complimentary waters in the room and we got two breakfast vouchers and the waffles were pretty good.
