Refund for my stay.
I need a refund because it not worth it, during the stay. So uncomfortable experience because we havent sleep well. It was noisy specially the on the room and its loud on our end. We've noticed some bugs and bathroom takes time to flush takes time to wait until tank is full so it will flush again. Amount is used is earned and its not instant and not easy to gain for it.

My family was unable to make in for check-in as their flight was delayed. Upon arrival the next day the staff was rude and not helpful. Cancelled our stay and was assured the refund would be put back on the card used. 2 weeks later I still have not seen anything.
