Our stay was okay. We've stayed here before, but it had been awhile. It's outdated and needs to have carpet redone and new mattresses. On top of the partiers next to us, and the bad mattress. It wasn't that great of a stay. You wld think with all the weed aroma next door that came into our room. That we wld knock out!

The bottom floor stairs are hard to navigate if you are older or have a disability. There is no elevator no ramp.

Very nice hotel in Morro Bay - very spacious rooms, mine with a balcony overlooking Morro Bay and rock. The room was comfortable with a faux gas firelpace. I really enjoyed this stay

Blue Sail Inn offers very comfortable and clean rooms in a location overlooking the harbor in Morro Bay. It sits adjacent to Dorn's seafood restaurant, and it's only a short walk down to all of the other restaurants and shops along the waterfront.

Older property, but was very clean and had an excellent view of the bay, the “Rock” and the “Stacks” from our balcony. The property is across the street from the downtown within walking distance of everything. A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Will probably return again. Nice place.
