Bad Vibe.
After paying over $500.00 for the night (agree it was new years eve) but room was not clean and we were missing a kettle which took numerous calls to house keeping and eventually after 5 hours a trip to reception and managerial intervention. Whilst waiting for said kettle we went to the bar for coffee, waited over 5 minutes but no barman so walked out to a nearby spot. Breakfast in the morning was total chaos with long queues waiting up to 20 minutes plus. This was our worst experience in many years and we are frequent hotels.com users.
