Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Service.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and always eager to help. From check-in to my visit to the Post Room bar and interactions with the door staff, every experience was positive and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking to all. Worth the extra money for a junior suite. Bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. Friendly staff, amazing amenities and delicious dining options at the hotel. The Post Room bar is a must, Casey was so fun to talk to and made our occasion so special! We also visited the Starlite Room which was so pretty. The vibe of the whole place was top notch… elevated service and 1930s glitz and glamour. We will be back asap. Be sure to read about the hotel history!
