Great Locations to Walk Solvang
The location is very good if you plan to walk around Solvang. It's down the street from the park, and many shops, restaurants & bakeries. It's got the old Denmark styling on the outside. The rooms are older but clean. Definitely average inside, but the location was great. We went for Christmas holiday.

Great location for your stay in Solvang
Easy check in and a remodeled room, very minimal decor. The bed was a little hard but everything else was great. I hope they'll be remodeling the rest of the rooms. The staff here is very nice and attentive to the guest needs. They provide Danish in the morning but no extra coffee. The Hotel is a perfect location for your stay in Solvang.

Needs some TLC
Came during winter for the Julefest. Chose this because of the walking distance. It’s a cute motel with lots of potential, the employees were very nice. It is in desperate need of a renovation and someone who cares to update while keeping the architectural charm. Our room had the same generic portrait hung twice. A little spruce up would do wonders. We also were supposed to have two double beds but it was more like a full and twin with mismatched furniture. Quite dusty too with some spiders. If you don’t mind all that, it’s a great location.

This was a nice property to stay at. The whole town is easy to navigate on foot and it feels very safe to do so at any time. The property has great rooms that stay warm when it's cold outside. The bed and pillows where comfortable and they offer enough blankets to anyone who likes layers. They offer pastries from the local bakeries and coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I would stay here again.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel was right at the start of the main strip which kept us out of the high traffic areas -while still being in the village premises. We stayed in room 1, and our room was extremely spacious and cozy. The bathroom did need some upkeeping but we were only there for two nights and were mostly in town. Overall great experience.
