It was ok, nothing to write home about - if you like being in the middle of it, this is for you. The room itself was very basic, affordable, and fine for a nights rest. The area has gotten seedier, not what I remember but it’s been 15 years since visiting. The noise outside the hotel is a bit much but it died down in time for sleep.

I stayed here for 7 days in April 2025. It is a perfect location! Easy to get to and from airport with CX bus and the Deuce bus to the strip (Ubers/taxi pickup right outside door as well). I did a lot of tours and they pickup from here as well. Best of all is being right at Fremont street experience, my favorite party place of LV. As well as no resort fee. Great bed, large room, good size bathroom with tub. Even though it is also famous for being hounted I can happily report, I did not experience any activity in room 270 😄

Our room was very near Fremont street. A band was playing below the room and I felt like I was inside a bass speaker. The whole room shook with a low drone. They played until 2 or 3 in the morning. It was a horrible nights sleep. Be sure to ask for a room away from freemont street.
