We had such a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean. The staff are all friendly and hrlpful! The front desk staff Gladys Lee is very helpful! All the staff go above and beyond to help you. The breakfast in the morning was also nice. The location is convenient.

Charming and convenient.
This hotel has an old hawaiian charm to it that reminded us of the first time we visited Hawaii many years ago. The decor, the music (we LOVED the music), the drinks at the bar. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. It made our trip home so much more relaxing being able to take the shuttle. The restaurant was excellent, the desserts in particular amazing and the bar was a great addition. Thank you for making our last day in Hawaii great. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

Poor customer support
We checked in and they gave us the wrong room number. The key didn’t work because there was someone already in the room. We then walked back to the front of the building to get a new key for right room this time. We paid in advance for a breakfast for two through Expedia. They said they would not give us the breakfast that we have already paid for and we needed to settle it with Expedia. The lady in the front desk was very rude to us. We ended up eating breakfast at IHop instead. I could not believe that they thought we were lying about already paying for breakfast through Expedia. They should believe their customers. I will never stay there again.

This hotel is close to the airport.
The hotel is close to the airport. The airport shuttle was convenient. The staff was very responsive to my questions. However, when I checked in, they asked for an Amenity Fee in addition to the fee I paid when I made the reservation online. This is usually included in the hotel fee when you stay at a hotel. And there was not a single bottle of water in the room. So I tried to buy water and drinks. However, the vending machine did not accept bills. If you have luggage bags when using the shuttle, you are required to pay the driver $1 per bag. Please note.
