Quality check yourself
The hotel was super janky... Dirty empties in the ice room... Giant holes in the ceiling, leaking water. My room had this big nest of cords tangled up beside the bed. The baseboards were disgusting with dust. The AC unit was just not working and I was uncomfortable and hot all night. There was garbage laying on the couch in the lobby when I checked in, and it was still there the next morning

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean but could use some fixing. Chipped bathtub, wallpaper fixes. No foul smells. Bed was comfortable.

This was possibly the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I arrived at the hotel at 12:15 from the complimentary shuttle. Upon entering, I was told to go to the fourth floor for my room. Only one light was working and the heat wasn’t working at all. It was absolutely freezing to the point of where my phone froze because of the cold temperature. I tried dialing multiple times to inquire about why the heat wasn’t working but no one answered. When I went downstairs the concierge was just sitting there scrolling on their phone. When I told them about the problem with the heating they said “it’s a manufacturing problem”???? They then proceeded to hand me new cards to the room next door and told me to throw the other hotel room cards on the floor outside after I am done moving my belongings to the second room. The place was filthy. Food, plastic bags etc all placed outside of the hotel rooms. The second room I was placed in by 2:30 am had the water already running because there were droplets in the sink and the tub had brown marks and water droplets as well. Once again, the front light and the light next to the desk were not working. This time the phone wasn’t working as well but the heat did work! After all of this I requested a late checkout and was told that I had to leave by 12. I was there for less than 12 hours and had to pay that fee. Never. Ever. Again. Would have been better and comfier if I just slept on the seat at YVR airport.

bad breakfast
my main complaint is about the breakfast that in reason of covid-19 outbreak, they are offering a not good breakfast kit. The kit consists of a tangerine, a cupcake, a yorgut, and a juice box, every day the same. I stayed there for 16 days and every day I received the same kit. I believe they are taking advantage of outbreak to provide this simplier and cheaper breakfast.
