Not sure if I would go back....
I like the location and really appreciated the woman who helped with my check-in, she was outstanding. I also appreciated the very helpful cleaning staff. Unfortunately, the management has let the property run down a bit, with electrical outlets in need of repair, mold on the grout of the shower tiles, leaking facets, and noisy surging ventilation fans.

Look the other way.
Best room price in Richmond. Well past needs a facelift. Room was clean but you have to look past the leaking taps, glitchy heating, cracked porcelain, scuffed walls and road noise. Ask for a room at the back. Would stay again.

Worst hotel stay ever
Arrived at the hotel for a 1 night stay, and we were given a room on the 1st floor right next to the housekeeping supply room. It was the worst room ever stayed in, and one of us had stayed in this hotel before in a nice room so there was no reason to have been given this terrible room full of noise from staff and outside. We use Hotels.com to try out hotels to see where we like to stay and tell our friends where to stay. Also, they told us they booked us for the airport shuttle but they almost left without us while we were making our own coffee in their kitchen 15 minutes before the bus was supposed to leave, but they were going to leave without us!!! This one is a DO NOT GO THERE. I have no good things to say about this stay.
