Enjoy Seattle while staying in our private guest suite! We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
The space
Enter your space through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished unit. The guest suite is the lower level of our split-level home. There is a ton of natural light throughout the space.
Your space is a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware!), & much more!

Guest access
Enter through your private entrance from the front of the house into the backyard. The backyard is recognized by the Washington Department of Game as an official backyard wildlife sanctuary. You will have access to the complete downstairs guest suite and shared backyard. There is a locking door between the upstairs and downstairs that gives you complete privacy. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house. Please don’t block the driveway (:
The neighborhood
With close proximity to Lake Washington, Edmonds Waterfront, Interurban Trail, Ballinger Lake, Nile Golf Course & Echo Lake + quick access to I-5, transit station and shopping, our suite is a great home base to explore and enjoy the Seattle area!
The neighborhood is quiet as it's primarily residential. However, there's a Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, Thriftway, Costco, Safeway and several restaurant choices on the main road within a couple of miles of the home.
We are only one block from a neighborhood park and field turf soccer fields that are adjacent to the Shoreline Pool, Tennis Courts and Recreation Center.
Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Please note this is a private lower-level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
Please keep in mind washer and dryer is a shared amenity with us upstairs.
