I had made booking and payment with Expedia online. Upon checking in time, my guest is unable to check in becuase this Hotel 81 Lavender do not recognised Expedia. Expedia staff called the Hotel and still unable to solve the checking-in problem, my foreign guest had to wait for more than 3 hours and still unable to check-in. In the end, I had to make an extra trip down to this hotel personally and made payment before my foreign guest is allowed to check in to the Hotel.
