Improve communication
My two sisters & I were there for my brothers surprise birthday party. Unbeknownst to me Castle was a 3rd party vacation rental for privately owned units. It was very confusing & difficult to get specific detailed answers from castles with different customer service employees answering off shore or locally. And I was not able to speak to a live customer service rep from Hotels.com. Your Lower price bait is an unfair quote. I would suggest that Hotels. com let the public know that Castles is a 3rd party vendor as your price is just a lower cost catch bait.

Stayed here for location convenience, room was old and in need of thorough cleaning and minor upgrades. No extra toilet paper, no Kleenex. Hotel amenities fees a rip off for those of us who won’t use the gym, pool and sauna.

Nice stay
This was a good option at this property. It was the time share side so you have the comfort of the same rooms as the hotels side but you only Have basic room services. They will come in a do a mid stay clean like a vacuum and courtesy change of sheets and towels, but they normally charge extra for this on a shorter stay. We were here for 11 nights so they looked after us pretty well.
Nice room with city view but wow, NOISY. Sirens and loud cars, garbage collection in the alley way at 3 am even on the 27th floor it was so loud we could not keep the door open a night. We have stayed on the ocean side before and it was not much better.
Honestly, this was worth the savings to stay here with Castle. So close to the mall and beach and bus service is right out front. Car rentals in the lobby and Starbucks makes it very convenient.

When booking a hotel I expected a hotel. 24 hours upon on arrival I was sent an email explaining that this was a privately owned unit and there would be no house keeping. We had to wash our own towels which is very annoying when on a beach vacation and using towels daily in the sand. Pool was freezing cold we did not go in. Homeless people living in tents half a block down the road. The room had mold and you could definitely tell it’s age. The worst part was that I felt lied to about it being a hotel but with none of the services of a hotel. We had to clean our own room and wash our own towels. At one point we are going to call the front desk with a question and realize that the phone had no telephone cord! It was sitting on the table but unusable.

Hidden Fees.
Hidden Fees apply. Parking available for $35/day. Resort fee applies at $25/day. These hidden fees were not announced until check-in. If known during prepaid booking, would have chosen higher quality hotel for same final price.

They refused to offer room cleaning, and the parking fees were ridiculous. Shouldn’t a hotel provide parking?
