Great value. The staff were very welcoming and quick to help. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was kept very clean and tidy. The area around the hotel is quiet, but it's a short walk away from the busy Patak Rd and 10 mins walk from Karon beach.

I was very disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel required a cash deposit and only accepted cash, which already felt inconvenient and unusual. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition — honestly the worst I have seen. It looked nothing like what you would expect from a hotel room. One of the main issues was the shower, which was in very bad shape. Another problem was that there were no proper photos of the bathroom or shower in the listing, which now makes sense because of their condition. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. When I asked for some, the staff told me they didn’t have any and that I could just use the soap from the shower instead, which is not acceptable. To make matters worse, the room was full of ants, and during the night we were bitten by them multiple times. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, and the insect problem. I would not recommend staying here.

Chambre propre et spacieuse, bien climatisé, dispose d’une belle douche et espace cuisine. L’endroit est calme, pas de bruit la nuit, aussi à proximité d’un marché de soir, un nombre de restau et 7-Eleven. La plage à proximité est magnifique, il y a toujours de la place pour s’installer. Ma chambre était au rez de chaussée, je trouve que la baie vitrée et l’espace extérieur limité par une grille manquent d’intimité.
