"The door into our room stuck horribly. I never could get it open. My travel partner had to open it with two hands and a lot of pushing and pulling. The shower water temperature was never constant. "I had an exceptional stay in Barcelona and truly enjoyed every part of the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was elegant, beautifully maintained, and had a wonderful atmosphere that made my stay both comfortable and memorable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. What stood out the most was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made a real difference. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Barcelona while still having a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Barcelona. Excellent hospitality, comfort, service, and location.
