The only con was that towards the end of our stay, our key cards kept deactivating. We got locked outside our room once, and the second time got stuck in the elevator. Luckily, the front desk is on the 1st floor, so it was just a short walk up to have them reactivated. Overall, I would 100% stay here again."

"Think this is my 4th or 5th short stay at School Lane over the last 4 years. Love it's central easy to get to location. The amenities are just what I need - a clean comfortable bed, a decent shower and lovely pastries with hot drinks for breakfast. Staff are always attentive and friendly and rooms spacious & clean. "All in all amenities were good - room lovely - plenty of plug sockets etc. The shower in the bathroom was hard to control to maintain a constant heat . The breakfast was good but the queue for beverages was long and only one machine for everyone in the middle of all the food - would be better out to one side or away from the food altogether . We parked in Q carpark as recommended but we're unable to get a discount as we were told we should have applied for it prior to parking which we were unaware of .The lady at reception gave us a code but we were unable to use it ."
