An excellent stay at the Novotel hotel in Liverpool. Great central location and the parking next door in the locked car park was handy! The hotel was clean, tidy and everything was well-maintained. Good choice for breakfast. Pool area lovely but annoying that you have to book and a few times there were no towels so we had to drip dry. Rooms were spacious but quite worn down. Marks on the walls and the lamp was rusting. Beds were comfortable though and shower decent. Best thing about this hotel is location. So close to get to all the must see’s in Liverpool and a very short walk to the Liverpool One and Albert Dock.
