Very helpful staff especially the front desk Manager Zong, extended assistance when my cruise got cancelled and switched my dates to stay at Festive Hotel. The place is very accessible to all Sentosa attractions, high end stores and shopping, etc. Highly recommended to book your next Singapore trip.

My family and I did a 2D1N staycation in early February 2020. It's been over a month since, and I still find myself having to leave this negative review now, because I simply can't let it go: with the immensely negative experience at check-out, and terrible after-service, it's no wonder that the only impression that has lasted is an ugly one! During check-in, we were told that there would be free parking for all hotel guests. However, no further instruction was given as to how the free parking would be activated. Upon check-out, we had asked at the reception counter, just to be sure, if we would be charged any parking fees now that we were leaving the hotel. The reception staff simply replied that there would be no charges, and once again, there was no advice on anything else that needed to be done. Lo and behold, when we drove out of the carpark, we were slapped with a $40+ parking fee! Confused, we drove back to the hotel porch, and sought help from the reception staff. It was only then that the concierge informed us that we should have asked them for a free parking ticket first. Long story short, the reception staff made no attempt to mediate the situation, assigned blame to their colleagues in the concierge team, and blamed us for not having explicitly asked for a parking ticket. I don't know about you, but all the other hotels I have ever been to would've agreed that THE ONUS IS ON THE HOTEL STAFF TO PRE-EMPT THEIR HOTEL GUESTS' NEEDS.

The room was bare- no drawers, no chairs on the balcony, no milk in the fridge. No room service. Minimal staff. No fruit. Would not stay at the hotel and not on sentosa. The purpose is to get tippy the to spend $$ in all their fancy restaurants. Couldn't even but fresh fruit for during the day or a sandwuch, without a train ride. Very expensive & fancy meals

The Festive was the worst resort hotel I've stayed in but overall it wasn't terrible. Issues started at check in. I booked a room online for a family of 3 and they gave us a bare room with only a king bed and a fridge. There was nowhere for a third person to sleep and a rollaway bed cost $80 a night so we ended up moving to a family suite for the same cost. The website said all resort hotel guests were allowed to use other resort pools but that turned out to be false and the Festive pool wasn't very well-suited for kids. The included breakfast was located in the Hardrock hotel and we were required to walk past the lovely smelling smoke pit to get there. The rooms weren't very clean but not gross. There was no carpeting and every room had an incredibly heavy chair that could be heard scraping across the floor at all hours of the night. The cleaning staff left a master key in our room which made me feel uneasy about how often they gave others access to everyone's room.

The front desk staff that checked us in was quite cold and not very friendly. The overall room was a bit run down.
