Ok - but a few gripes
Reasoably happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and the shower was excellent. Beds and furnishings were budget, towels pretty poor being so thin. We had as hope the top apartment so with the view od Duomo. I would have been disatisfied had we not. The lift was not working on one day but my biggest gripe was being made to pay a substantial amount of the cost in cash when we arrived. The so called cleaning charge and service charge. This means that I am not absolutely certain what we paid and this and the way that it way itwas done leaves a bad feeling.

Sad at the Duomo
The agent who met us was great but sadly placed us in a unit not shown in any of the pictures on the site. Ground floor unit in poor condition. A/C worked which was nice but ground floor with no view and closed windows. Leaking shower, we had to buy toilet paper and not enough towels. Disappointing as we were so excited based on the pictures. Location was central and nice but would not stay here again.

You MUST stay here!! We LOVED it!! GREAT location! GREAT view of the Duomo! GREAT price! Restaurants and shops everywhere. Wi-Fi worked great. Clean room. Perfect for a family of 4. Right around the corner from the parking garage, very convenient.
