Sheraton Buganvilias Resort - All Inclusive

Great service and food. Very clean rooms and lots of options

El hotel es muy bonito y muy bien mantenido, el area de albercas esta impecable y la habitación también, en general instalaciones modernas y de buen gusto. los alimentos son de muy buena calidad aún en plan todo incluido. la playa tiene muchas rocas y piedras por lo que no es ideal para nadar, Todo en general es bueno, lo que no nos gusto es la procuración de higiene de los restaurantes y meseros en general; los menús son físicos, solo hay gel antibacterial en la entrada del restaurante asi que los comensales no se pueden aplicar fácilmente si no traen el suyo, los meseros no tienen una estación de gel o lavado para ellos y estan recogiendo platos de otra gente constantemente el cubrebocas y luego sirviendote a ti, tocan tu servilleta para ponértela, los vasos a veces los toman de la parte superior al servírtelos etc. y nunca los vimos ponerse gel o lavarse las manos, malas prácticas para estos tiempos. el trato es bueno aunque no ofrecen internet abierto gratuito y a la llegada te quieren vender tiempo compartido y membresías. todas las habitaciones ven al mar asi que no pagues extra por ello ( también te lo tratan de vender)

It was a nice resort just nothing to do. There was a show one night out of 6 for maybe 45 minutes. Staff said they don’t know when there is a show till they show up. So just a little boring. We ended up spending most of the time outside the resort even though we paid for the all inclusive.

Focus on cleanliness and covid safety was excellent, and the quality of all-inclusive amenities were beyond what we imagined. The staff were very helpful and always attentive.

Would stay here again and would recommend to everyone going to PV. Great time, great staff, great location!

The room was very clean with a great view. Nice and cool in your room but anywhere else in the hotel is a steam bath. The food at the restaurants was very disappointing and the service was hit & miss. The hostess Mayra was very charming. Pool was great along with the beach water was crystal clear. Valet and cleaning staff were awesome and check in and check out was quick and easy.

Because this hotel has a time share attached to it, when you first arrive they push the timeshare. They even tried to hold our luggage until we sat down and talked to them. We said Not Interested and took our own luggage to the room. Once that was done, no issues anymore. You must Just Say No ! Otherwise everything was very nice. Check the evening dinner schedule with the concierge to know what the specialty restaurant is serving each evening - it changes. One night Italian, the next Seafood... Also, as a Bonvoy member I get free internet in the room but they tried to charge me, saying that offer was only good if I booked direct with them (not thru hotels.com) I pushed the issue and they finally gave it to me. We went All Inclusive, but not sure it is worth it because we ate offsite many nights and food and drink are so cheap that next time we will not do All Inclusive.
