Seasoned traveler here. Stayed at hotels in every state in America as well as in 25 different countries around the world. I don’t leave reviews bc I appreciate the luxury of having a roof over my head and understand the difficulties of running a business.
Today I’m forced to write a review bc this hotel gave me an allergic reaction from the dust and mold. I did not stay the night and booked another room somewhere else. The hotel refused to give me a refund, or even a partial refund, and when I asked the manager at the front desk he said “we can’t please everyone”.
