"The only reason this is not 5 stars is the food was bit over priced and not very tasty but hands down on of the best hotels i have ever stayed in The staff was so generous and patient and the hotel was beautiful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel! "
"I, personally, am not a fan of Los Angeles but if I ever visit again, I would stay here. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, and just overall pleasant. The hotel itself is next to Tao, but there are plenty of other culinary choices at walking distance. Everything was pristine from the moment you enter the lobby."
