Offered an upgrade to a Beautiful suite. Had issue with tv upon arrival. Hot water was elusive. At sinks, luke warm after 2 min. Shower, cool until after 5 min. Coffee pot didn't work right. Followed instruction, got ONE cup of tepid coffee. Tried for cup #2 and didn't succeed. No coffee. Overall, an okay stay.

3 Day Stay Sunset Station
The stay was absolutely fabulous in all respects, from check-in to check-out. The room was fabulous and the gaming was great. Food and service was great. Hot tip, do not park in front, park on the south side by the meeting rooms, unless you enjoy a long walk to the car. The door to the room elevators is right there. Did I say anything about the Casino restrooms? Very very clean and well kept.

Offered an upgrade to a suite for a minimal price and couldn’t resist. Glad we did; room was beautiful and had a great view. The bellman (Eric) was fantastic and stored 6 of our 8 suitcases for us which was greatly appreciated!

Hotels.com needs better communication with vendors
They did not have my reservation. Hotels.com did not share with Sunset hotel that I change reservation from Jan 13-14 to Dec 28-29. My husband was ill and the manager of hotel did step up and get us a room and said she would talk to hotels.cim / experian to resolve. It took 30 + minutes to get a room whereas before it took 5 min. I did have the confirmation from you but even when I checked out the hotel was showing Jan 13 and 14 reservation.
