Cute boutique hotel with wonderful staff
The staff here is wonderful. Both gentlemen for check in and check out and my many inquiries in between were lovely, patient, and helpful. I enjoyed delicious chilaquiles for breakfast and the gentleman server was great. I only stayed one night on a stop before the journey to Bacalar, but plan to stay here again on the other end of this trip because it can’t be beat. So convenient to the rental car pick up and tons of restaurants around. The AC was good and strong and overall I highly recommend. Great value for the price.

The property is really nice and cozy but there one thing that I completely disliked and that was the lack of a door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Also, the mini fridge and coffee station is in the bathroom so not the most safe/hygienic place to put it. Would I come back? Absolutely! As long as they put a door in the bathroom.

The room that we stayed in was a premium room with its own plunge pool. Overall, we really enjoyed this spot. There were some minor issues: the plunge pool had jets and lights but we had to request someone to turn them on, the power went out occasionally, and while there was a stove there wasn’t a microwave in the room. But the overall location is great and the drinks were strong at the bar. The local restaurant, Niido, was a pleasant experience. The waitress, Lydia, was incredible. The food was on the average side and definitely ovepriced for most options, but the bartender and wait staff made up for it. I’d recommend you try them at least once!

The facts: Close to town, Chedraui grocery and plenty of restraunts a couple minutes walk away, ADO Bus 20 minute walk, pool, restaurant and bar, breakfast included, refrigerator in room, coffee maker, no microwave, toilet and shower had no door so some lack of privacy, smaller rooftop plunge pool, pools stay open until 9, there was bike parking and scooter parking (not sure about a car), AC cold and worked while I was there, TV did not have cable but did have streaming, I had a king bed, no issues with noise when I was there (September), solo traveler. Opinion: I really enjoyed this place due to affordable price, AC, pools, free breakfast, everything mostly walkable though I enjoyed renting a bike for a few days (hotel does not have bikes). I would come back again myself but if I bring someone else, I would prefer a bathroom area that is more separated and has a door. Hotel staff was friendly my entire stay (6 nights). I recommend seeing the ruins (about 3 miles), doing the beach snorkel with rays and turtles, Dos Ojos Cenote, Gran Cenote. Plenty of cheap restaurants close by. I never got in a cab, I was told they were pretty expensive. Not crowded in September when I was there but hot.

My family and I enjoyed our stay . The staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean and modern. The plunge pool in the balcony was definitely a bonus perk especially with the warm weather. There are many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance off the main roads.

Convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff! Rosy was amazing! We had to switch rooms aftet thr first night. We got up graded at no extra charge. Delicious fine dinning! Try the chicken! We had it 3 times it was so amazing. NATIALIE treated us like rock stars! Many roof top and balcony pools and loungers. The water was hot and the rooms air condioned. Free safe Parking! Great spot for young couples and solo travelers.
