The room i was in is two small doesnt have a kitchen sink to do dishes so had to use bathroom sink.. The light from out the back came into the room and kept us awake most of the night. And the hot water needs attention.

Well what did i Like,i can honest say i was touch from the moment i arrived i have not been well for a while Battling Serious Illness the Loverly Couple here made me feel l like i stll was someone and they were taking care of there Dad. Although this is a Beautiful place you can see it has much Potential and im sure they will do Amazing Stuff and i also had the best Sleep that ive had for i dont know how long,ive just stayed at a Flash well know Resort on the Gold Coast and i slept here Better so i would Highly recommend a stay here As I will be back even though I only live less than a 100 k's As I will be back even though I only live less than a 100 k's away, Regards Derek C

The room was a good size cabin, the lady was friendly on arrival. In the cabin though we found a bag full of takeaway food, shoved in microwave, first sign the cabin wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathrooms weren’t clean, there was only a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper for 5 people. The information book was so sticky. Beds were very hard and no spare pillows of blankets.

Upon arrival of our 4 night stay with my 3 children , our accommodation dates were incorrect , I had already payed the full amount 4 weeks prior to this. First night other guests had a party which was very loud, swearing was heard, we all had no.slerp, my kids didnt feel safe to stay. Tv in bedroom didnt wirk took 1 day to get it fixed, wifi password didnt work on first day.

Firstly the on site manager was amazing. Her customer service was exceptional and her demeanour. The motel itself is terrible. The pool is green and mouldy. It seems people live there. My neighbours were swearing and arguing. My first room was like something out of a horror movie. There was no aircon. Extension cords running all over the place. No cover on the ironing board. And so forth. I was given a different room because of the air conditioning not working. The next room was better but still very trashy. The curtains didn’t hang up properly and offer any privacy as all the hooks were broken. The kitchen blind had layers of dust and food on it. The pool was unusable. And there were no wifi even though I believe ( I could be wrong) it was advertised. It seems people from very low socioeconomic status reside there permanently and their were children crying and couples arguing and swearing. Expedia I believe that you need to verify these properties more thoroughly. This is my second time booking through Expedia and both times I have not been impressed. But this time was dreadful in relation to amenities and the environment. Again the on-site management was absolutely spectacular and her problem solving skills and hospitality was impeccable. The property itself though I’m sorry it’s just trash
